wireless device
There has been a number of new technology that only were found this generation. wireless communication is one of the great discoveries. the information that cycles around has increase in amount and mobility. wifi allows humans and their devices to be less plugged in. with the 4th gen of communication technology, it's only natural that all computing devices has a way to connect wireless. in the past wireless was only the portable devices that exchange data with a physical data memory. people had to be plug in to use the internet or run big programs. in time people were able to more with wireless connections. the devices people rely on became more advance and portable. people depend on the devices more and more as new task are faced. people in places where the service is offered depended on wireless. many need devices at many locations and high specs or information. wireless allow people to access good computing and information in a range of locations and almost anywhere for a limited time. the cloud let the devices became smaller yetr still powerful with storage and speeds. there will be newer progress to make people's devices wireless almost anywhere at all time.
futher understanding keys
keys are signatures for software. they are use as logical security. the key means permission for the features on the software. it is use to identify the sources that sent requests and data. Nintendo use asymmetric
encryption, where private keys are in consoles and cartridges with the console having a public key to decry the private one. it is design so that someone can't guess the private key which is uses for the consoles to check for legitimately. the store brought games have the nintendo private key while the games that are copied online can't be run because the key is missing. this also prevents the consoles from being hacked from the software updates. also it is use to confirm pockets of data are from a location and encrypt the data itself. the keys are usually a string of bits. a bit is binary; 1 or 0. the standard for symmetric key in sense 2001 is greater or equal to 128bits. there are more combinations then 10 to the 8th power on the calculator that are design to not repeat. For Asymmetric keys 1024bits is said to be about as secure as 80bits symmetric key by the RSA. through how can keys be cracked? the difference in securty between symmetric key and asymmetric keys could be because it's easier to guess but it still a large number. the keys grow as the computers get faster.

Level of Tech as Physical Security?
in many fields low and high specs have been used as a form of security. for example, in schools the math classes as you to buy scientific calculators. math class teachers ask their classes to buy 40 dollars calculators while it can be downloaded for free in the apps store for smart phones. this is physical security against cheating as the use of phones allow students to communicate. there has been incidents where students have cheated using their phones. students can use their phones for homework but has to use oversize calculators that comes at a price for tests. another example is nintendo's consoles and handhelds. consoles themselves are physical security for games. if the game is on a computer, anyone that is good on a computer can share the crack for the game and use it. but on consoles they use diferent firmware and hardware compare to the pc and the game data is not installed but left on the disk. unlike the sony or microsoft, their specs has stayed miles below theirs. this may not only be a plot to save money but a form of physical security against hackers. being low tech would draw less interest then PlayStation or xbox. but their consoles all have been exported and even emulated. all logical security for the devices are crack-able. many hackers can override the os with a homebrew to bypass logical security. if there is less that can be done with the specs them there is less motive for homebrewing. in the past the gba and ds were emulated, or ran on a computer quickly but their successor the 3ds still can't be emulated. that is because even the old ds emulates had problems with 3d games. because of good new technology the emulation of their handhelds has slowed. this goes for the psv that recently came out as the hacking emulating community can't understand how it works. maybe in the future there will be devices that only allow the viewing of the internet because of the low specs of the device to prevent peple from going on viewing video or playing games.
